Job Overview:

Provide website support for clients utilizing the eCarList website and/or mobile website platform.

Responsibilities

Provide general phone and e-mail customer service including answering inbound calls and responding to incoming e-mail messages.

To understand the individual positioning of each care home within its local marketing place, to ensure that marketing collateral and marketing messaging are appropriate to the individual homes requirements.

To understand the needs and wants of customers and purchasers from both the private sector and public sector to ensure appropriateness of marketing collateral.
